Cynthia's book S.A.S.S! Yourself Slim: Conquer Cravings, Drop Pounds and Lose Inches is featured on pages 94-95 in the April issue of SHAPE magazine. And a week's worth of Cynthia's deliciously slimming meals, adapted from those in her book, are featured on Shape.com.   

SHAPE magazine asked Cynthia to record and photograph everything she ate, sipped and snacked on for 24 hours for 'A Day in My Diet.' Check it out here
